Jennifer is a devoted soon-to-be mother of three little ones aged four and under, with a deep passion for animals and a strong commitment to their care. She lives with her husband Ed, their four dogs, pigs, and sheep on her family’s vibrant farm, where Kempton Park Farm Dog Daycare is proudly situated.

Known for her professional expertise and nurturing approach, Jennifer brings six years of experience in the veterinary industry to the business. During her maternity leave with her second child, she trained to become a fully qualified dog groomer and has since been grooming dogs herself, combining her skills with a genuine love for animals.

As a co-owner and visionary of Kempton Park Farm Dog Daycare, Jennifer shares the mission with Rachel and their families to provide a home-away-from-home where every dog can thrive, supported by their knowledge, dedication, and the unique farm setting. You’ll often find Jennifer behind the scenes, juggling all the admin and day-to-day business operations with a smile, making sure everything runs smoothly so the dogs (and everyone else!) have the best experience possible.

Rachel is a devoted mother of two with a deep love for animals and a natural ability to connect with both people and pets. Growing up on Kempton Park Farm, she has always been closely involved with farm life, regularly helping care for the pigs and sheep as a valued family member.

Known for being friendly, approachable, and caring, Rachel brings these qualities into her role at Kempton Park Farm Dog Daycare. As a co-owner and visionary of the business, she takes pride in creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment where every dog feels loved and cared for. Rachel understands that caring for animals means meeting their physical needs and supporting their emotional well-being.

Drawing on her experience as a mother, she is patient and attentive to each dog’s unique needs, ensuring they are happy, engaged, and secure. Whether organising playtimes, providing care, or offering affection, Rachel approaches every task with the same dedication and love she shows her own family. You’ll usually find her on the floor, leading an expert team and managing the daycare with warmth and energy, making sure every dog feels happy, safe, and part of the family.
