Terms and Conditions

1. General

  • These Terms and Conditions form the agreement between Kempton Park Farm Dog Daycare (“we”, “us”, “our”) and the dog owner (“you”, “your”) regarding the care of your dog(s).

  • By registering your dog with us, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Requirements for Dogs

All dogs must:

    • Be fully vaccinated, including kennel cough (proof required).

    • Be microchipped and wear an ID tag.

    • Be neutered/spayed if over 9 months (unless otherwise agreed).

    • Be flea and worm treated regularly.

    • Be friendly, non-aggressive and sociable with other dogs and people.

3. Health and Safety

 

  • We reserve the right to refuse entry to any dog that appears unwell or displays behavioural issues.

  • In the event of illness or injury, we will contact you and your registered vet immediately. In an emergency, we may take your dog to the nearest available vet.

  • You are responsible for all veterinary costs incurred.

  • We cannot accept any breed of dog listed under the Dangerous Dog Act 

 

4. Bookings and Cancellations

 

  • Bookings must be made in advance via the Collar App

  • Your dog must attend daycare on the same day(s) every week to ensure the same dogs are in the same groups every time, even if you cannot attend the fee will need to be paid in full 

  • No-shows will be charged in full.

 

5. Payment

  • All fees must be paid in advance or on the day of care unless otherwise agreed and taken automatically via the Collar App

 

6. Drop-Off and Collection

 

  • Dogs must be dropped off and collected within the agreed hours.

  • Late collection will incur additional fees to cover staff overtime 

 

7. Behaviour

  • If your dog displays repeated aggressive or disruptive behaviour, we may suspend or terminate daycare services.

  • Any damage caused by your dog may be chargeable.

 

8. Liability

  • We will take all reasonable care of your dog while in our care.

  • However, we are not liable for any loss, injury, illness or death unless due to proven negligence.

 

9. Photos and Media

 

  • We may take photos or videos of your dog for promotional or social media use. Please let us know if you prefer to opt out.

 

10. Data Protection

  • All personal information is kept confidential in accordance with GDPR. Please see our privacy policy for full details.
